This is my space to log workout/ eating habits. I'm trying to use this as encouragement to improve and (obviously) I'm not always the best at sticking to it, but I'd love to share my Paleo journey with anyone interested.

Row, row, row your rower! Wait what?!
Just got back from rowing a 5k at the gym (which, I might add, I've only done twice in my life. I'm proud to say that I was 20 seconds faster this time! New time to beat: 39:39. Now to shower and relax until dinner... I think I earned it!
